Join us for this series of 8 yoga classes and start the year with a journey of bodily awareness, mental focus and relaxation. We will practice asana (physical postures), pranayama (breathing techniques) and dhyana (meditation), following in the ancient Indian tradition in the lineage of Krishnamacharya, the “father of modern yoga.”

Classes are suitable for all levels. This series is our second in this style of yoga, and is open to all regardless of whether or not you attended the first. We adopt an attitude free of any competitiveness and judgement and postures are taught in a safe, precise and gentle manner. The intention is that you end the class feeling stretched and aligned in your body, as well as relaxed and clear in your mind. The perfect way to start your week!
