Join us for this series of 8 yoga classes and undertake a journey of bodily awareness, mental focus and relaxation. We will practice asana (physical postures), pranayama (breathing techniques) and dhyana (meditation), following the ancient Indian tradition in the lineage of Krishnamacharya, the “father of modern yoga.”

Classes are suitable for all levels. This series is our third in this style of yoga, and is open to all regardless of whether or not you have attended before. We adopt an attitude free of any competitiveness and judgement and postures are taught in a safe, precise and gentle manner. The intention is that you end the class feeling stretched and aligned in your body, as well as relaxed and clear in your mind. The perfect way to start your week!

The number of participants is limited, allowing the teacher to focus on individual needs. Book online now while spaces last or call us on 020 7607 1140.

Traditional Indian Yoga participant testimonials

I felt lighter and a lot more flexible after the class. I have found myself practicing on a daily basis which I am finding very beneficial. It feels like I am working parts of my body I haven't worked before.

Niall Allen

Carpenter

These yoga classes are different from others I have undertaken previously. I especially like the pace and the time given for each pose and the rest period between. I feel much calmer after the classes, and I've noticed my energy levels increased slightly the day after the class.

Charlotte Delaney

Marketing Director

I have a lot more energy since taking part in the yoga series and it has been easier to deal with stressful situations.
