Tensegrity Practice Series
Concord Institute run a Tensegrity Practice group every Wednesday evening in our Bodywork studio. Practice starts at 7pm and finishes at 8.30pm. All are welcome, especially newcomers - you do not need to have practised Tensegrity before.
