It is our contention that human being exists within an immense field of possibility, but one of which it has little knowledge and even less access. This state of affairs reminds us of the Japanese proverb which asserts that "a frog in a well cannot comprehend the ocean". Human being has "fallen" into a narrow world in which the rules of the game have already been set, the pathways laid down, and the winners and losers already chosen, or at the very least, understood.

The Foundation Course
The Foundation Course is an integral part of the educational curriculum offered by Concord Institute. It is by far the most comprehensive programme that the Institute offers in terms of variety and depth of training. The aim of the Foundation Course is to secure the breakthrough achieved in i Evolve by establishing an integrated body-mind foundation.

JumpStart
JumpStart-Access to Health is an eight-day residential programme that seeks to assist people in breaking free of unrewarding and unhealthy patterns in the areas of nutrition, bodywork, communication and self-expression. At present we offer two courses a year, one in the spring and the other in late summer, both are in Kent.

JumpStart Seminar Series
The JumpStart Seminar Series consists of a series of five one-day seminars that review and develop various aspects of JumpStart including the various forms of bodywork, wholefood cooking routines and menus and deepening the transformational distinctions introduced in i Evolve and JumpStart.

Power, Intent and Evolution
This residential programme over four full days is intended for those who have completed a basic transformation programme such as i Evolve. It contains equal portions of bodywork and dialogue, each of which is used to release and redeploy energy.
The intention of the programme is to cross the threshold of the known, ie the tried and the true, and enter the realm of the unknown in order to explore and map new terrains of awareness.
