Being-in-Action

Being-in-Action is an extraordinary three-day weekend workshop that questions the fundamental basis on which we understand ourselves and the world around us.

In so doing, we overturn some basic superstitions and affect a shift of consciousness to reveal larger dimensional possibilities for human beings. In Being-in-Action we unconceal the energetic patterns and recurring themes that wind their way through our lives, unconsciously trapping us in vicious cycles and sapping our vitality, aliveness and well-being. Health or wholeness, we discover, is not some ideal state at which we arrive, but a breaking free of those disempowering cycles and patterns, opening up the possibility of engaging with life in a larger unfolding evolutionary context.

Being-in-Action affords an opportunity to take stock of ourselves, ask the hard questions of life we have been putting off asking, bring more sobriety to the charge of our own destiny and assume a new level of accountability and authorship for our lives. In terms of results, participants who have completed Being-in-Action credit the programme with providing them with a new level of vitality and aliveness, a new ease in self-expression and dealing with others, a greater level of effectiveness in one's professional life and a lifting of the shadow of resignation and cynicism.
