“Wholefoods for Beginners” You know the saying “you are what you eat”? Well nothing could be closer to the truth food creates your body, who you are, how you feel and how you act or react! In that case we should really be paying attention to what we are putting into our bodies. There is overwhelming evidence that eating quality wholefoods (as opposed to mass produced processed fast food) is beneficial to health and vitality. The problem for a lot of people is where to begin. Many people are unfamiliar with cooking any meal “from scratch”, never mind making dishes with what seem to be truly weird sounding ingredients. This course will provide the basis for beginning to become familiar with preparing and cooking wholefood ingredients in order to make delicious, attractive looking meals for yourself and your family and friends.
